Rusty founded Re/mark in 2015 as a New York-style agency in the mountains of Salt Lake City. Part creative, part entrepreneur, Rusty believes that we perceive brands as we perceive people and that relationship must always be respected. Rusty has led major branding efforts for large CPG brands such as Band-Aid, Listerine, Reach, Benadryl and MAC Cosmetics as well as 360 brand work for medium-to-small companies and start-ups. He has also worked with household names such as Disney, American Express, Nickelodeon and Mattel and has awards from Cannes, Art Directors Club, Webby, One Show, Clio, and the AIGA, among others. Rusty holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in Design from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Design from Brigham Young University.
Renee’s love of people is what drives her passion as the Director of Accounts and Business Development for Re/mark. A career born in ad agencies, winding through retail, financial services, non-profit, technology, sports and manufacturing, she then founded Utah’s largest lacrosse league. In her return to creative services, Re/mark’s clients are the beneficiaries of her exceptional communication and management skills. Having grown up in Silicon Valley, she has an entrepreneurial spirit that allows her to see opportunities, connect people & processes for a positive outcome. Renee holds a BA in American Studies from Brigham Young University.
As Director of Design Strategy, Aimee believes passionately that design can change the world. Aimee brings a practical and human-centered perspective to every project, drawing inspiration from the insights and experiences of the people that surround her. Aimee is a fearless creative leader who seamlessly combines design, storytelling, and culture to innovate on behalf of her clients. While at Johnson & Johnson’s Global Strategic Design Office in New York City, Aimee led design initiatives for brands including Aveeno, Carefree, Johnson’s baby, o.b., and Neutrogena. Aimee’s work has been featured in industry publications, and has received design awards and multiple patents. Aimee has a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Communications Design from Carnegie Mellon University.
As Creative Director for Re/mark, Ann’s work lives at the intersection of creativity and strategy. She has an uncanny ability to create powerful consumer experiences through design, and to communicate her vision to the multidisciplinary teams she manages. Ann has over 10 years of experience working in New York agencies for both business-to-business and consumer brands such as American Express, Merrill Lynch, WebMD, Estée Lauder, and Tom Ford. Ann is a graduate of the Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design program at Brigham Young University.
